1. Where can I find a software driver for my hardware?

 

Your best bet is to go to the manufacturers website and find the support or download link.  Chances are there will be a driver available for your hardware.  If this finds no result you can try www.driversguide.com.  This site has most drivers that are available.  It requires a member login which is free.

 
2. How do I register for a training course on-line?

 

Just go to www.ctbs.ca/etrain, our on-line training site.  Here you can check our class schedules, course outlines and even register for a class.

 

3. Can I order products on-line?

 

Yes, all you have to do is go to www.ctbs.ca/estore, our on-line product site.  Here you will find many products that we sell on-line.  If you do not see what you are looking for let us know, as we have thousands of products available for shipping.
